• No cloud AI credits or subscriptions required for core features

Usage Analytics: We use PostHog for anonymous usage analytics to understand how the application is used and improve the product. This data is aggregated and does not include any of your media content.

Marketing and Attribution

By accessing or using ZeroCut.ai, you acknowledge and agree that Menklab LLC may publicly reference your status as a ZeroCut.ai user for marketing, promotional, and attribution purposes. This may include identifying you, your channel, company, or brand as a user of ZeroCut.ai based solely on your account information, licensing relationship, or customer status.

This authorization does not grant ZeroCut.ai any rights to your media content, videos, audio files, or unpublished work. ZeroCut.ai does not access, collect, or share your media files and does not monitor or analyze your published content.

ZeroCut.ai will not present your work as an endorsement, testimonial, or performance claim without your separate, explicit permission.
