Beta Program

ZeroCut.ai is currently in beta. By participating in our beta program, you acknowledge that:

• The software may contain bugs or incomplete features

• Features may change or be removed without notice

• We value your feedback to improve the product

• Beta access is free but may transition to paid plans in the future

License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ZeroCut.ai software for your personal or business video editing purposes.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use ZeroCut.ai only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software

• Share your account credentials with others

• Use the software for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Attempt to circumvent licensing or security measures

Your Content

You retain all rights to your video, audio, and other media content. Since ZeroCut.ai processes content locally on your machine, we never access, store, or claim any rights to your creative work.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroCut.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the software.

Since the software processes content locally, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your original media files.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the software will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the application. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
